Don Juan Neurotic Man

This Neurotic Man is sick of working so hard trying to find work.  It’s like having two jobs and only one that I am getting paid for.  I think I’ll look for a job that doesn’t require me working just so that I break even.  And then this hit the wire:

“Phil Jackson and Jeanie Buss were engaged in late 2012. (Getty Images)”

“New York Knicks president Phil Jackson and Los Angeles Lakers president of business operations Jeanie Buss have ended their engagement. The couple, which had been together for over 16 years, announced news of their upcoming wedding nearly four years ago. It seems as if the professional distance between the two got in the way of sustaining their relationship.”  https://www.yahoo.com/sports/news/phil-jackson-and-jeanie-buss-end-their-engagement-citing-long-distance-relationship-struggles-050358088.html

This was like a gold mine!  I don’t want you to get the idea that I am a goldigger even if it’s true that I am.  Allusion, illusion – it’s all the same to me.  From what I remember old man Buss was worth a whole bunch.  Certainly enough to support me on my faux job.  And certainly enough to support me until Jeanie kicks me out.  Until then its lobster rolls for everyone.

After all, she’s a little mixed up.  Him too!  They’re just understanding they should not be together and it took them all these years?  I mean even her Twitter about it confuses me: “Jeanie Buss

@JeanieBuss

The love of my life is the Los Angeles Lakers. I love Phil & will always. It’s not fair to him or Lakers to not have my undivided attention”  https://www.yahoo.com/sports/news/phil-jackson-and-jeanie-buss-end-their-engagement-citing-long-distance-relationship-struggles-050358088.html

Don Juan Neurotic Man

I don’t mean to take advantage of an unfortunate situation and I certainly feel horrible for the grieving couple, But like Tolstoy said, (or was it Napoleon)?  “Everything is fair in love and war.”

Now if I could only remember where my hair brush is…
